He also added that they will follow the rules directed by FIFA regarding Flood Lights. Moreover, Barasat being in close proximity of the Dumdum International Airport, the structural design of the flood lights will be done accordingly. Keeping all these factors in mind, the work is estimated to be complete within the stipulated time and a reasonable cost. Henceforth, the Chairperson of the Zilla Parishad Mrs. Aparna Gupta has assured, that the Zilla Parishad will bear the outburst of the Tender Value, even if it exceeds Rs.1.68 Crores.
